EBS r12 integration with OAM for SSO

Hi all,
iam making integration with EBS r12 for SSO iam following the oracle note ID 1309013.1 ,

i have problem with OID and EBS integrations opened sr and i have to change the following profile setting Applications SSO Type to "SSWA w/SSO" , after that things works fine

later i made a webtire installation , after that iam trying to access EBS but i get the following erros from log

mod_oc4j: Response status=499 and reason=Oracle SSO, but failed to get mod_osso global context.

anyone can support to find the cause of that error and how to solve
