EBS R12.1.x HR Analytics - 7.9.6.1 [Benefits Dashboards]

In 7.9.6.1 (EBS R12.1.x), is there any benefits reports or Dashboards?

Looking at RPD I do not see any such subject area, when I look at the other industry tools, benefit suite of reports include as below. Does this imply that OBIA does not have that even in 7.9.6.1. Any idea if these data elements are in DW so that custom reports can be done? Any of these are standard EBS side Oracle Reports?

Benefits
► Accrual plans
► Employee eligibility
► COBRA premium payments and tracking
► Healthcare benefit assignments
► Beneficiaries
