EBS R12.1.3 - form java color scheme does not change

Hi ALL,

I have cloned our PROD instance to TEST.

Then I change the java color to purple, red, etc so that the users may know easily that this is TEST instance.

I been doing this many times, but this time it does not work

The color of the form is is the default blue.

Do I need to restart/bounce the apps? to take effect the color?

Please help....
