EBS Function type APEX is not showing and can't find this package apps.fnd_apex in the EBS Database

Hello,

We have follow the instructions in Document : Extending Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 Using Oracle APEX to create the EBS function but while creating the EBS Function the Function type APEX is not showing the list (page no 43) and also while Create Authorization Scheme the PL/SQL Function apps.fnd_apex.authorization is not showing in the EBS Database (page no 34).
