Hi BI Apps for EBS gurus,
I got following question from prospect, evaluating possibilities of BI Apps for EBS :
"It is possible to automatically upload FSG (Financial Statement Generator) report from GL module into BI APPS
without any additional effort (re/defining report structure/definition) ?"
As far as I know from documentation (I am not and EBS expert), the only thing which is "trasfered" into BI Apps data model by default, is GL account hierarchy structure (in W_HIERARCHY_D table), which can leverage FSG report definition . But there is nothing out of the box, which "tranfers" report defined in FSG into OBAW data structures - I would need to try to redefine the report in FSG using vanilla fact tables, populated from GL data in EBS ? Is that right ?
Any opinion/answer welcomed.
