EBS Cloud to 3rd Party application Integration -what are the possible ways of Integration

Hi,

My client is moving from Oracle EBS On-premise to Oracle EBS on Cloud. They want their existing interface to be working with their 3rd party applications. I have suggested Oracle Integration Cloud(ICS) for the Application Integration. Currently they are using SFTP, FBDI in batch mode and DB Links. Is there any possibility to do without ICS?

What are the possible ways of Integration with PaaS?

Can we do it without PaaS ? IIf so, how?
