EBS 12.2 DB Refresh only ?

Hi,

Daily we do full clone of EBS from PROD to DEV, we are loosing 2 hours in application clone. I would like to know if I can do just DB refresh and do post apps clone steps to save application clone time.

EBS Version = R12.2.4

DB = 12.1.0.2

Architecture = Single node instance.
