EBS 12.1.3 Reports Printing mis-aligned?

Hi ALL,

Our end-users complained that reports printing was mis-aligned after the updated firefox browser to higher version as well as the java.

Is this normal behavior/issue of EBS 12.1.3?

How do we resolve this if updates to latest version is inevitable?

Or is it okay to stay in "old" version forever?

Please help....
