EBS 12.1.3 integration with OAM 12C

Hi,

We are trying to integrate EBS 12.1.3 with OAM 12c using OID(11.1.1.9.0).

We completed all the step's but when we try to access the EBS URL it redirects me to OAM SSO page but as soon as i enter the username and password i get Invalid configuration also in the http headers it fails with 500 internal server error.

Please let me know your inputs.
