EBCDIC TO ASCII CONVERSION

Hi,

Can any body help me out converting a flat file in EBCDIC format to ASCII format.I tried while reverse engineering the fixed width flat file with types

1)EBCDIC SIGNED ZONED DECIMAL, but it doesn't work out.

Format:Fixed width
ODI-11.1.1.3
