Eas web console problem

Hi!

When trying to use eas console through web (http://server/easconsole/console.html ) (Version 931)
I can select the language but after that Java Web start starts downloading application which fails.

error details shows the following information (part of it pasted below):

Java Web Start 1.6.0_17
Using JRE version 1.6.0_17-b04 Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM
User home directory = C:\Documents and Settings\user637777

#### Java Web Start Error:
#### Unable to load resource: http://server:10080/easconsole/eas_client.jar

java.io.IOException: Server returned HTTP response code: 503 for URL: http://server:10080/easconsole/eas_client.jar

Caused by: java.io.IOException: Server returned HTTP response code: 503 for URL: http://server:10080/easconsole/eas_client.jar

any ideas what maybe causing this?
