EAS Hang Issue

Hi,

When I log into the admin console its looks fine until if I click on the Essbase server, its freeze. If I restart the services it works for some time and again getting the same behavior.

Servlet failed with Exception

java.lang.IllegalStateException: Response already committed

<BEA-000000> <Internal error: java.net.SocketException: Connection reset

Checked the services status from WL it looks fine. The environment is working till yesterday. I checked with the IT team and there are no updates to the environment.

Hyperion Version - 11.1.2.3.500

OS - Linux

I have checked all the logs and didn't get any clue which one causing the issue.
