EAS Console not working with port 19000

We are in 11.1.2.4.000 and recently applied patch 11.1.2.4.025 on EAS but had to roll back due to some issue with Planning and Essbase compatibility.

Since we rolled back, we are facing issue with EAS Web URL. It had worked perfectly fine with http://WebServer:19000/easconsole/console.html.

Now the above URL is not working. It is now working with 10080 port though -http://WebServer:10080/easconsole/console.html.

The error I am getting is below

JAR RESOURCES IN JNLP FILE ARE NOT SIGNED BY THE SAME CERTIFICATE

Appreciate any pointers.
