EAL: Probably HFM Server EALTest not defined properly

Hi,

After creating the bridge (EPM 11.1.2.1, EAL 11.1.1.3.500) I keep getting
"Cannot get update status: Bridge is not fully defined" warnings.
EAL.log says additionally
"Probably HFM Server EALTest not defined properly [2011-Mai-26 13:23:30] LiveLinkException [HR#09989]: Bridge is not fully defined"

Does anyone know how could connection from EAL to HFM Server be diagnosed?
Host, Cluster, hfm database connection seem alright.
Perhaps there is some security issue?
When I define HFM application following message is logged eal.log
"Encryption failed [2011-Mai-26 09:24:35]"

Please let me know if you know how to diagnose this issue.
