EA2/EA1 - Report Execution

Whenever running a report, no matter how long it takes, it still shows "Report Execution Time:0ms".

Not that I liked 1.2.1.31.12 including time taken to enter parameters in the report execution time (or freezing SQL Developer until the report completed without a way to cancel the report).
