EA2 - autotrace error recommended action does not work.

I enter a sql statement, and click autotrace. I get a popup that says, "Failed to access V$MYSTAT ... grant SELECT_CATALOG_ROLE to MH ..."

I do this:
SQL> grant select_catalog_role to mh;

Grant succeeded.

but after exiting and restarting sqldev, I get the same error message when I try autotrace again.
