As far as I can see, these are old notifications when you look at the Begin_date and End_date in WF_NOTIFICATIONS, and the date you see from forwarded notifications are old dates too.
Today is May 5, 2015, and e-mails were received today even though these dates are on the notification.
Anyone have any idea why this is happening? Send Notifications for Purchasing Documents was run, and I am not sure this has to do with Retroactive Pricing program either, our profile option is set to send updates only on Open releases, these are all closed releases.
