Hey,
We have a problem with our e-mail analysis reports in Eloqua. We have sent a certain e-mail to 15000 people. In the e-mail analysis reports via Insights we can see that several thousands have opened the e-mail, but it still shows that only 1600 have been sent. We have no idea how to fix this problem.
(If we access the e-mail analysis report when we have opened the e-mail, then it does work and we get the right numbers)
Does anyone know how we can fix this problem?
