E 3000 panics and reboots - Please help

Machine: E 3000 with 2 CPU and 2 GB RAM.

Problem: It panics often and reboot. Error message in /var/adm/message is as shown below. Also prtconf -pv shows reset reason S-POR. What does this mean? Anything to do with the panic? What is the best way to analyse the core dump ? Any procedure or tools?
