Dynamic visibility of metadata fields in check-in profile

Hi All,

     I am using Oracle Webcenter Content with Version: 11.1.1.9.0-2015-04-14 07:19:29Z-r126792 (Build:7.3.5.185).

I have created personal data check-in profile with 3 metadata fields "type" as optionList(Yes,No), "FirstName" and "LastName".

When I open personal data check-in profile and if I select "type" as Yes then FirstName and LastName metadata fields should be visible and if I select "type" as No then FirstName and LastName metadata fields should be hidden.

Kindly suggest how we can handle this requirement.
