Dynamic Jquery tabs to pass value to an item

Hi all,

I have created dynamic Jquery Tabs I would like to pass a value to a page item when I click the Tab. I have created the javascript for the same and I have tried incorporating it in the above with no success. Any suggestions for you all would be much appreciated.

We are using Apex 4.1 on Oracle 11G.
