Dynamic convertor (XML to HTML )

Hi Experts,

I want to convert XML to HTML using Dynamic convertor ....

I do not knoe how to achieve this ....

I checked a sample XML file that comes with Component.

When I click on Get Conversion(HTML) option, Then content server gives following error :

Unable to get dynamic conversion. Failed to convert XML document '128903.xml' using template 'accdoc075734.ttp'. javax.xml.transform.TransformerConfigurationException: javax.xml.transform.TransformerException: org.xml.sax.SAXException: Missing or incorrect XSLT Namespace.

Also added the follwoing in converion formats in Coversion settings :
application/msword, application/xml

Please help
