Dynamic Calculations in HFM

I am trying to create a Dynamic rule to calculate Days Inventory on
Hand. I am storing the # of days in the month in the Entity [None].
Everything I have read so far in the HFM admin guide is that I cannot
reference another entity when using a Dynamic calculation. If I pull
the # of Days in the base level entity, then the calculation will work
at a base level, but not at a parent level. Has anyone run into this
issue before? What did you do to get around the problem?
