Dynamic Calc processor cannot lock more than [6] ESM blocks during the calc

When we execute a BR it gives the following error;

"Dynamic Calc processor cannot lock more than [6] ESM blocks during the calculation, please increase CalcLockBlock setting and then retry(a small data cache setting could also cause this problem, please check the data cache size setting)."

The BR validates successfully. We have also checked/changed the data cache but to no avail. We are on 11.1.2.0.

Can anybody help us with this issue.
