Dynamic Calc member in Member formula

Hello experts,

i need help.

i created an account called AccumSal to calculate cumulative Salary. i added this member formula:

@ACCUM("TaxEarn", Jan:Dec);

"TaxEarn" is a dynamic calc member. it is the parent account of Salary, Merit, Bonus and Commission.

but for some reason, the AccumSal is not calculating the cumulative salary. can you please let me know what am i missing?
