Dynamic Breadcrumbs

Hi. I am trying to create dynamic breadcrumbs. I am following this example Dimitri Gielis Blog (Oracle Application Express - APEX): Dynamic Breadcrumb in APEX .I have followed exactly as per the in the example. But I am not getting the desired result.This is what I am getting.

I have posted the example in oracle apex.com.

Can someone please take a look and see what is that I am missing?
