Dynamic Action plsql Length Limit

I am aware that receive error when plsql text is greater than 4000 characters for dynamic action in version 4.2. Error is ora-01461

Yes, I have legitimate case where plsql is greater than 4000 characters. Have to set many fields in record, before calling stored procedure. The record field names can be long. So does add up.

Has this limitation been resolved in Version 5? I cannot see discussion in release notes in either New Features/Changed Behaviour or in Open Bugs and Known Issues
