Dynamic Action not working on first page load attempt. Works after page refresh

Hi,

I have a page with a select list Order_id and a display _item Product_name. There is dynamic action PL/SQL which populates the Display item when the order_id is changed. The problem is that when I open the page for the very first time, if I change the order_id select list, nothing happens. But if I refresh the page, once, then it starts working and the display_item is populated.

Any idea what could be the problem?
