Our domain registration has been suspended and our website and email are down. I cannot get any response from support over phone (straight to voicemail, no return calls) or email (submitted a ticket via the portal and emailed support directly, only received a case # in response).
Our public domain registration has a status of "ClientHold" and our domain is refusing all DNS.
Can anyone on here help me? I saw a similar post recently where a user @"Michael.R.Taylor-Oracle" offered some help over the forum. Any help we can get would be greatly appreciated - our entire school is down.
