During the installation of Oracle 11.2.0.4, when unpacking and deploying the patch package, an error was thrown: "OPatch failed with error code 73 UtilSession failed: Patch 29509309 requires component(s) that are not installed in OracleHome. These not-installed components are oracle.usm:11.2.0.4.0." However, when I use opatch inventory -details locally, it lists Oracle USM Deconfiguration 11.2.0.4.0 as installed. Where does the problem lie?
