Duplications..........

Hi Guys..

I have 10 files like A,B,C,D,E,F,,,,,,,,,in my source system and i have loaded all in to my target. The next day again i got 'C ' and ' F 'duplicate files in to my source system.Now how can i avoid this duplicates in BPEl and how we will come to know these files are already loaded in to target?

How to do duplicate segregation in bpel and how we can check loaded files or data in BPEL?
