Duplicate host names found in the node information table

Hi all,

I am installing Oracle RAC 11gR2 in windows. I have got ready the two nodes and modified the etc/hosts.

After that when i execute the grid installation while giving the node details after the tpical installation menu I am getting the below error.

Please help me to solve this error.
