ORDS, SODA & JSON in the Database

Hi All

I am very new to ORDS. one of my friend showed me how to load a csv in to oracle table using ORDS and POSTMAN.

i tried to practice the same . created a table and enable rest api and in postman i added the post link and clicked on send button. it loaded data from the csv file. it will load the file multiple times if i click on the send button multiple times. ( i can add a unique constraint to restrict this) but is there a MERGE option ..or best approch… please excuse me if its a dump question
