Duplicate column name error on submission.

Hi, I had some problems with one of my pages (got corrupted).

What I have done is I have made a copy of it, then deleted the original one and copy all items to the new page , validations and processes to the new page (created the same page # as the original one).

Everything works fine now except when I try to save it. I get an error message:

ORA-20505: Error in DML: p_rowid=31, p_alt_rowid=RECORD_ID, p_rowid2=, p_alt_rowid2=. ORA-00957: duplicate column name

Any idea where should I look to fix this problem. I have run out of ideas.
