Oracle Database Express Edition (XE)

I have created a simple client table and successfully created table lookups for the province.

When I do an excel sheet cvs dump of the client table it creates the excel file perfectly but exports the province_id to excel (which is correct cause thats what is stored in the client table)...

BUT i want the Province name in the excel dump

What am i missing or do i need to create a different type of listing first.
