Simple abstract example:
- My database is “colours” (Oracle 11g)
- It carries the schemes red, blue, green, yellow, cyan, black, ……. (many ..).
- I want to dump export (only 10 of many ..):.
- scheme “red” to file “red.dmp”
- scheme “blue” to file “blue.dmp”
- …
As far as I understand it right
- I dmp-export is crawling to the entire database
- I have to do this in separated jobs - 10 times the entire database
- it is not possible to crawl only once and to dump 10 schemes to 10 files.
Is this correct?
Or are there ways to do it quick(er)? (For a guy with limited knowledge ..)
