Dump Are Used (%) 72 10gR2 EM

Hello Guys,

In EM 10gR2 under Home > Space Summary

It is showing:

Dump Area Used (%) 72

That is obviously consuming a lot of disk spcae... I want to reduce this size in a way that database is not effected and it keeps on running smoothly. Kindy help me write such a command or perform this function.
