Dummy Data in SQL Developer

Hi,

I have installed Oracle 11g and for Practicing SQL I have installed SQL Developer.

Now like in Oracle 9i there was builtin Dummy Data for practicing SQL how can I get dummy data and same things like in Oracle 9i.

Like in Oracle 9i there was Employess, Departments etc tables for Practicing.

Please guide me that how can I install Dummy Tables for practicing SQL. There are HR Table but its not working for me.

A link to a tutorial or whole explanation will be appreciated as I have tried a lot,
