DST patch bundle with SVM

System hangs at msg 'Configuring /dev and /devices' afer reboot from applying DST patch bundle & SUN Alert PatchCluster for Solaris 9 with only 2-inteernal disk using SVM configuration.

Any idea's what may be causing this?
