drop user

Hi everyone,

I am looking for some help on dropping a user, I have 2 users (SDE,WGIS). When i try to drop them with cascade option, i come up with this error.

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-04043: object ST_DOMAIN_STATS does not exist

and for WGIS

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-21700: object does not exist or is marked for delete.

i would really appriciate if any of you gentlemen are familiar with this issue and can guide me on solving this.

Oracle Version;Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.1.0 - 64bit
Platform: Windows Server 2008 R2 Service pack 1
