Drop table fail = Table in partially dropped state,with purge dont work

Hi,

I have a table in exadata, and try drop table "table" :
14137. 00000 - "Table in partially dropped state, submit DROP TABLE PURGE"

when drop table purge:
00054. 00000 - "resource busy and acquire with NOWAIT specified"

dont have recyclebin to this table , i do "nologging" before : (

something suggestion, what i do ???? help please !!!
