Drop database without pfile??

Oracle 11gR2 OEL5 ASM

Is there anyway to drop a database without a pfile/spfile?? Somehow my pfile/spfile got removed. Now I cannot drop the database using DBCA because it can't find the pfile/spfile which it needs to start the database.

Would appreciate any rapid help.
