DRM: Sorting Limb and Leaf together

The default sort order is Limb first and then leaf, but I wanted sometime Leaf to appear first. when I select "Order Children" I see Limbs and Leaf in a separate box. So I cannot sort in a custom manner. Is there any way I can setup so that Leaf and Lims can be sorted in my way I would like them to be sorted (irrespective of whether they are Limb or Leaf). I have also tried "SortLimbsFirst" to False, but I still see the leaf and limbs in a separate box.
