DRM service doesnt start up, why?

Hello Gurus,

Our IT department have upgraded our DRM Dev server to windows server 2012 R2, at the moment, our services are not starting up at all, not sure why.

Please see attached and let me know how this can be resolved, we using 11.1.2.4.341 version of DRM.
