DRM password policy enforcement

AarieFeb 7 2019 — edited Feb 15 2019

Hi Team,

I understand there are two settings available in DRM which take care of password policy enforcement for users.

  1. In DRM Web Client: Administer--System Preferences--PasswordPolicyEnabled (Default value is TRUE)
  2. In DRM Config Console: Security Settings--Password Settings--Expiration Period (days) / Maximum Length / Minimum Length

My query is that, are these two settings applicable on the DRM Administrator user 'ADMIN' as well or these settings are ONLY applicable to all internal users except 'ADMIN' ?

I think these settings are not applicable for DRM 'ADMIN' user but I am not sure. I searched in the DRM guides but couldn't find this information.

Thanks in advance for your help!
