DRM Integration with EPMA and FDMEE

can we integrated DRM with both EPMA and FDMEE ?

reason am asking is for DRM integration to FDMEE , i need to create security policy with wss_username_token_service_policy

where as for DRM integration with EPMA, i need to create security policy wss11_saml_or_username_token_with_message_protection
