DRM Console not starting after upgrade from 11.1.2.3.500 to 11.1.2.4.330

Hi All,

We upgraded DRM from 11.1.2.3.500 to 11.1.2.4.330 and everything seemed to have gone smoothly. However, the DRM console is not starting and throws the following error.

Also we installed DRM Analytics. I am not familiar what that is. I believe that is something new with this version. Is there some info available online regarding that?
