We have one instance where it appears that daily we get a user that can't connect to DRM. When this happens sometimes others have this is issue sometimes not. This is intermittent. This is not tied to a specific user. Nor is it tied to a load. This is a test enviornment and it the only one that is showing these problems.
We are running DRM 11.1.2.3.500 with Active Directory and SSL and IIS configured. Again all environments are setup the same. Just this one is having this issue at the moment.
The error message is below:
The server returned an error: EPMCSS-00301: Failed to
authenticate user. Invalid credentials. Enter valid credentials.
I know we are entering the correct username/password combo. If we enter the wrong password on purpose we get a different error message. I can't find anything no metalink other than changing the timeout settings. I don't think that is our issue. Any suggestions from all the wise DRM admin's out there?
