DRM access error

Hello Everyone,

I am getting an error in my DRM env " Insert Local Node Node_name as a child of Parent Node Parent_node in Hierarchy Hierarchy_name. Requires a global access level of Insert or Higher". Even though the user Access group has "Add" privilege on the hierarchy still user is getting that error DRM-12235. Can you please let me know if i am missing something?
