Hi All,

I cannot login to the DRM all of a sudden between my work.

This is the error that I face:

DRM-61026: Unable to create user session for the following reason: Login failed. Invalid user name or password.

No other user in our organization face issue with their login.

I tried restarting the DRM services that didn't work

When I try to delete the user from the Database. It is showing as User doesn't exist but when I login from Admin account inside DRM I can see my User id.

Can anyone have an idea whats going on with the userid?
